The wholesale womenswear buying guide

Small-quantity buying for independent boutiques: 5 pcs total · mix styles, garment details, sizing and freight.

What “wholesale” means here

Wholesale at YIYI STUDIO starts at 5 pieces in total. Those pieces can be split across sizes and colours across your order. There is no annual commitment or minimum total spend. Build an inquiry around the styles you are considering, then confirm availability and your preferred size and colour mix before placing an order.

A saved inquiry is a working shortlist. It does not reserve stock or create an order. Prices are provided on request, so include the style numbers, quantities and destination when asking for a quote.

Coats and jackets: checking the details

Start with the silhouette and the way the garment will fit into your shop’s collection. For a coat or jacket, request views of the back, fastening, lining and seam finish. Use the style number to make sure the photos relate to the garment you are buying.

Browse our trench coats and jackets to build a shortlist. Ask for the composition, available colours and measurements of each selected style; a photograph alone cannot confirm fibre content or fit.

Knitwear, tees and shirts

When choosing layers, look at the neckline, sleeve shape and hem, as well as how the piece works with the rest of your rail. Detail photos can help you compare the knit surface, buttons and finishing before you commit.

Ask us to confirm the current options for each style. We supply the existing range and do not offer custom development or OEM. Product availability and the size and colour mix are confirmed with your quotation.

Trousers, skirts and sizing

Use a well-fitting garment as a reference and compare measurements for the actual style you want to order. The catalogue size range is XS–XXL on one US / UK / EU fit system; available sizes still need to be checked style by style.

For trousers and skirts, check the rise, waist, hip and length. Ask for the relevant measurements and additional photos instead of relying on a label-size conversion. Discuss sample availability, cost and conditions before arranging a sample.

Shipping to the US, UK and Europe

For planning, in-stock preparation takes 3–7 days and repeat production takes 20–25 days. Freight is additional: 3–7 days by air or about 20 days by sea. These transit estimates exclude customs clearance and are confirmed for the destination and shipment.

We work with buyers in the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France and Spain. Include your destination, quantities and required delivery window in the inquiry. Confirm freight charges, customs responsibilities, payment terms and the quote validity in writing before ordering.
