Build a small, deliberate selection
The minimum is 5 pieces across the whole order, so you can combine styles rather than buying 5 of every style. For example, two shirts, one cardigan and two pairs of trousers make a 5-piece inquiry. Availability, size and colour are confirmed before it becomes an order.
Make the quote easy to check
List each style number, requested quantity, size and colour, destination and preferred currency. Ask for item prices, freight, tax or import responsibilities, the quote expiry and the expected dispatch window. Compare the total cost rather than the garment price alone.
Plan the deposit and approval
For wholesale orders of 5 or more pieces, a 30% deposit is available and the remaining 70% is due before dispatch. We send actual photos and video for confirmation before shipment. PayPal and conventional methods are confirmed with the quote.
Know when the sample fee is waived
You can first buy one piece. Orders of more than 10 pieces qualify for the sample-fee waiver; 10 pieces exactly do not meet that threshold. Confirm any credit for a sample already paid for. Freight is separate unless the quote includes it.
Keep records for follow-up
Save the written quote, selected style numbers and approval correspondence. Wholesale orders of at least 5 pieces have a 15-day return or exchange service window after receipt, with no service fee and customer-paid postage for change-of-mind requests.
