This website is operated by Cute Pet Workshop. Throughout the Site, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Cute Pet Workshop. By visiting our Site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or have a parent/guardian's consent) to make a purchase.

3. Products

All products are custom-made keepsakes built from photos you provide. As such: - You confirm that you own the rights to the photos you upload, or have permission from the rights holder. - You confirm that the photos are of your own pet, or that you have the owner's consent. - We reserve the right to refuse orders that we believe may infringe on third-party rights.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

5. Order Acceptance

Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel orders that we believe are fraudulent, in violation of these Terms, or that we cannot fulfill for any reason.

6. Custom-Made Nature

By placing a custom order, you acknowledge and agree that: - Every portrait is unique to your pet. - The 3D preview you approve is the basis for production. We are not responsible for aesthetic preferences that arise after approval. - All custom orders are final sale (see our Refund Policy).

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including product designs, photographs, copy, logos, and the 3D rendering process — is the property of Cute Pet Workshop and is protected by international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use those photos to produce your keepsake and to store them as part of our Lifetime Memorial Support.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of our products or Site is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

We are not liable for: - Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. - Emotional distress, even if related to the use of our memorial products. - Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
