Unopened, non-custom orders may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Shipping is non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping.To start a return, email hello@cutepetworkshop.com with your order number.
Custom Orders (most of our products)
All custom-made keepsakes are final sale. Because every portrait is built from your photos and is unique to your pet, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or aesthetic preference.What we DO cover (no questions asked)
- Manufacturing defects: If the device has a hardware failure within 1 year of delivery, we will repair or replace it free of charge. - Shipping damage: If your order arrives damaged, send us an unboxing video and photos within 7 days. We will replace it at no cost. - Wrong product received: If we ship the wrong edition or finish, we will send the correct one and provide a prepaid return label for the wrong one.Lifetime Memorial Support
Even though we cannot accept returns on custom orders, we are committed to your keepsake for life. If your hologram ever feels less "right" — perhaps your pet's portrait looks slightly off, or you want to add a new memory — email us new photos and we will rebuild your hologram for free. You only pay shipping.This is our promise to every pet family we serve.
