Production Time
After you place your order, our team will reach out within 1 hour with a short photo guide. Please send us 3–8 photos of your pet (front view, side view, and a clear eye shot work best).Once we receive your photos, we build a 3D preview in 3 business days. You approve before we start production. Most customers revise 2–3 times until the portrait feels right.
Hand-built production time: 5–7 business days after you approve the preview.

All shipments are fully insured. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order leaves our workshop.
