Our hologram projection products are decorative keepsakes. They are not toys and should be kept out of reach of small children and pets to avoid damage or injury.

4. Orders and Payment
We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event of a cancellation, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at the time of order.

By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery terms — including the fact that all orders ship free of charge on outbound delivery — are described in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you when your order is handed over to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds — including the fact that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs — are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Custom / Personalized Items
Items that have been customized with your pet's photo or other personal details are eligible for return or replacement only if defective or damaged. Please inspect your order promptly upon arrival.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software — is the property of Cute Pet Workshop or our content providers and is protected by international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content from the Site without our prior written consent.

9. Pet Photos You Upload
You retain all ownership rights to the photos you upload to our custom hologram service. By uploading a photo, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process the photo solely for the purpose of generating your hologram. We will not use, share, or display your photo for any other purpose.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without any representations, warranties, or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, except as expressly stated.
