Shipping Policy

All orders ship FREE worldwide — no minimum purchase, no hidden fees. Free shipping applies to outbound delivery only; return shipping is paid by the customer (see our Refund Policy).

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and Chinese public holidays) after payment confirmation. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Delivery Times
Our products ship from China via international air freight with local last-mile delivery (USPS, Royal Mail, Australia Post, etc., depending on destination).

Import Duties & Taxes
- For US orders under $800: no additional duties (de minimis threshold).
- For Canada, EU, UK, Australia, and other destinations: import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
- We declare accurate values on customs forms.

Order Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. International tracking may take 3–5 days to update after shipment.

Lost or Stuck Packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, or shows "delivered" but you didn't receive the package, email a15920146395@gmail.com within 7 days. We'll investigate and send a free replacement if the package is confirmed lost.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, email a photo within 48 hours of delivery to a15920146395@gmail.com. We'll send a free replacement.
