How We Store Your Photos

Your pet photos are stored on encrypted servers and are accessible only to the artist assigned to your order and our customer service team. We retain your photos for 2 years so that we can offer free rebuilds as part of our Lifetime Memorial Support. After 2 years, photos are deleted unless you request longer retention.

We will never use your photos in marketing materials, social media, or advertising without your explicit written permission.

Sharing Your Information
